Recently I employed Jonathan Cook Construction to prepare a rental property from our family residence of 54 years. I know NOT fun. Jonathan provided planned schedule, detailed descriptions of worked contracted, required completion dates and a specified cost. During the initial week I decided to remove a stand alone fireplace located in the living room. A job located 16 ft. above. J.C Construction was able to patch, stain and plug where a chimney once stood (no masonry work). What I was satisfied with was the finished Job and the scheduled completion. He provided experience consultation. accurate descriptions of contracted work, and in our case an ability to address changes. I am tough to satisfy. Jonathan knows that. A job well done. Jonathan did a complete remodel of our house in Irvine. His design suggestions saved us thousands of dollars and the work was done perfectly. He was on the job every day and kept things going with no delays. Our job actually finished a week early and he was so clean. Never left us with a mess.
