I am closing on a home at 217 N. Queens Ct. Huntington, WV May 2 and moving the following week of May 6. I have a small cottage adjoining my home that has wTer damage and termite damage. It needs gutted and new drywall and stud repairs. Also small kitchen and bath need replaced. A French drain installed outside where water damage more present.
