I hired Dale Calhoun on 5/23/20 to install a generator on our property. The generator was dropped off June 17th. Since then nothing has been done pending what Dale told me was issues with receiving the permit from the city I live in (Richardson). I contacted Stephen Papania who handles the permits and was told he hasn't heard from Dale since June 10th which means Dale has been dishonest with me as I've asked almost daily for updates and keep getting the run around from him. I have asked for a refund of the deposit I paid in the amount of 4,500 dollars and tp arrange pick up of the generator as I no longer want to continue doing business with him or his company. All he said was he received my email. That's it. No response as far as my refund or generator removal. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! DALE is a fraud.

We hired Ecovolt April 2015 to install a 200 ATS SER so we could add our generator to the electrical system if there was a power outage. Dale Calhoun of Ecovolt came to our home and talked us into paying in advance so he could purchase the necessary parts stating he could do the work within 2 weeks. Since we had Ecovolt do other work the year before we trusted him and paid in advance. We called him and sent several emails during the year and was told he was busy and would get to us when he could. It's been a year and Ecovolt has not responded to a credit card dispute or the Better Business Bureau not to mention our several attempts. We paid $1299.00 and received no work. DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE BECAUSE THAT's THE LAST YOU'LL SEE OF THIS COMPANY!!
