As a full-service architecture and interior design firm, Rottmann Collier Architects is proud to serve the community that surrounds them. The work of the office spans a wide variety of project types in Indiana and the greater Midwest. Higher Education Facilities, Community buildings, commercial and mixed-use complexes make up the public side of the practice, while multi-family housing, private residential architecture, and interior design allows the firm to apply a broad range of materials and technologies. In both commercial and residential projects the firm's commitment to affordable, accurate, sustainable design, and sense of place has resulted in numerous awards and publications. Their attention to detail and personalized service creates successful projects and long-term relationships. Both Todd Rottmann and Rod Collier graduated with honors from Ball State University College of Architecture and Planning in Muncie, Indiana. Todd started Rottmann Architects, Inc. in 1997 after gaining valuable experience at several architecture firms in Indianapolis and Fort Wayne. In addition to award-winning work in Indianapolis' historic neighborhoods, Rottmann has completed several recognized projects for clients such as WellPoint, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Fifth Third Bank and the City of Indianapolis. Rod Collier was a design architect and project manager with MSKTD & Associates from 1994 to 2008. In addition to several projects for Indiana University, Purdue University, and DePauw University, Collier was the design architect for significant projects such as the Ball State University David Letterman Communication and Media Building, Ball State University Student Recreation and Wellness facility and the Lutheran Children's Hospital. With a talented team of licensed architects and registered interior designers, Rottmann Collier Architects maintains a commitment to enhance communities through thoughtful, innovative design.

Dream Home | Jan 2009 | Our firm was selected to design the Indianapolis Monthly 2009 Dream Home at 3Mass Condomoiniums. The tenth floor penthouse contains over 4500 square feet of interior space and nealy 1200 square feet of exterior terrace with breathtaking views of the Indianapolis skyline from nearly every room. The design was a collaborative process between developer 3Mass LLC, general conrtactor Keystone Construction, and Interior designer from Savvy Decor. Our form was responsible for the overall alyout, detailing, and design theme of the home as well as coordination of construction activities of contractors, vendors, and specialty artisans.
