First of all, they gave estimate with lower rate to get the job, then they will find ways to rise the price. Second, they never showed up on time, never finished project. For the part they did finished, they did not prepare the sub floor right,so there are many areas with gaps, hollow sound, etc. The last day when they were supposed to finish the hallway, we were told that they were having family emergency and need money to pay medical bill. We paid the projected in full for sympathy of their problem before they finished the whole project, they never showed up again. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
