This project was fairly fast and simple. The clients 40 gallon water heater started to leak. As you can see in one of the photos, the 40 gallon water heater was squeezed almost in an awkward position in the corner. The client felt that he needed more space so he decided to go tankless, so we replaced it with a EZTR40 Tankless Water Heater.
