Water running down side of dishwasher into electrical supply for dishwasher and onto floor. Advised client to repair or replace unit and that it wasn't safe to use in its current state. Flipped breaker to dishwasher to ensure safety. Client also has a clogged pipe that is causing water to discharge from air gap on to countertop. Attempted to clear clog, but could not due to pipes being glued at p-trap instead of threaded connection. Advised client to try liquid drain cleaner before proceeding with more invasive work on pipes.
