Miracle Heating and Air

This company sent a very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable gentleman named Ryan to our home to assess / repair our Samsung gas range under Lowe's warranty. A different company had previously come out on the issue and had not been able to repair my oven. However, Ryan came out today and found the actual issue and had the oven working in less than an hour.

BEWARE-BEWARE-BEWARE they only do Home Warranty work because they lie to them and say they fix appliances, electrical, plumbing etc. DONT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR STUFF. They lie and then lie more

This company was assigned by Lowe’s to fix my washer under warranty. Turns out, they don’t identify their own company at this phone number, and as of now have not responded for repeated requests for a call back to hear when they would actually fix my washer. If they ever do call back, and if they actually fix my washer, I’ll amend my review.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Maytag contracted them out to fix my dryer. They showed up, made a assessment of what was wrong m, told me what was wrong , said they would discuss with their boss on what to do and never heard from them again. I notified Maytag who called them and Miracle told them they fixed the problem and the claim had been closed. Uuhhmmm! Fishy? Fraud? Not sure but something is wrong with this company. They basically got paid for something they never finished. Maytag immediately notified the most legitimate company A-1 Appliance..please note the word “appliance” not heating and cooling. Also you can’t even find the phone number of Miracle online. The Maytag people gave it to me. Let this be a lesson. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Hope this saves you a lot of time and trouble. Other good companies I called seemed to be familiar with these people too and it was not in a good way.
