I did not use them. I ask Home Remedies for someone to come out to give an estimate on a complete home renovation.I even Faxed an essay style write-up of what I needed done. I was told someone would contact me the next day. After three days I called again. After another day, I finally received a call. When I mentioned that I had Faxed a description of what I wanted done, the next question was, what is my budget for my project. I informed him that I needed an estimate, I would not give my budget. Obviously I'm aware that it costs to renovate a house. The young man told me that he had done a lot of free estimates and he needed to know my budget. I refused and said good bye. I feel that if you make your company available to do estimates, don't be selective or conditional with certain people. I would give them no stars.And the name is Preston Collins(not Perston)
