Drain Go Plumbing

This company is the WORST plumbing company!!! Their technician came out to “fix” my faucet but failed to do so it’s entirety. His incompetence left my sink with low water pressure on the hot side. He stated that he was sending out an “experienced” plumber to fix it. He NEVER sent anyone! I reached out to him and he said he would send someone out the next week. No one EVER came! This went on for a month! He kept saying someone was coming and didn’t. Then I talked to Ashley at the front office who was RUDE and when I asked for her supervisor’s information she stated she was “out of town”. Clearly this was a LIE! This company mark your ticket completed in an effort to take your money and will NOT follow up with you! Then when you call them they tell you that you have to submit ANOTHER ticket which cost money but the first order was NOT resolved. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!!!!

They replaced my disposal and everything was excellent. Shannon and Dillon did excellent work. On a previous review I made comments that were at First American and another service company not Drain Go. Drain Go did excellent work for us.

Bobby and Nathan were here early for my scheduled appt., did a great job and in a very timely manner. I am very proud of their work
