P G Construction

General contractor Frank Ruiz has poor business management skills. He has no business promoting himself as a general contractor with P G Constuction. Mr. Ruiz consistently missed scheduled work times with no courtesy of a phone call. When trying to contact via cell phone (numerous times) he would not answer; additionally he would not have a voice mail box set up. When confronted the next day his go to excuse was "I lost my phone and I just found it". His carpentry skill level is there so it makes it more frustration that he ruined my kitchen floor install. Additionally he installed kitchen cabinets, Mr. Risk and his crew made numerous errors in the installation that resulted in having screw holes all over my new cabinets. To make matters worst Mr. Ruiz completely destroyed a brand new corner cabinet. I am not able to use this cabinet due to the hole on each side that he drilled and the dishwasher tubing he left laying at the bottom cabinet. I did not check the cabinet before giving Mr. Ruiz the final check due to the fact that we had numerous conversations regarding routing the plumbing under the cabinets. When confronted about the corner cabinet he stated "this is how we do cabinet renovations". I believe that last statement should be enough to not make everyone aware to "not" utilize the services of Mr. Ruiz. Mr. Ruiz state that he would be back to fix the corner cabinet......that was over three weeks ago. He is no longer answering his cell phone. I imagine he lost his only method for a contractor to do business; again.
