Albright Construction Services

We hired Mr. Albright to renovate a room, paint trim and a few other odds and ends. He hired a crew of unskilled, sloppy laborers who did a terrible job, got paint on our appliances, paint splattered on our floor, didn’t finish all of the work. He promised he would take care of every and make us happy. He just asked that we let the current laborer finish and he would fix whatever we weren’t happy with if he had to hire someone else or he would do it himself. We personally know Mr. Albright so trusted his promises to stand behind his work and his word. He now refuses to fix things stating he doesn’t have anyone that can provide the quality we expect. We offered to have someone else fix part of the issues and have him reimburse us for the cost. He refuses. Mr. Albright is a liar, scam artist and can not be trusted. Do not hire him. We have given him an opportunity to make this right as he said he would and now, after he’s been paid, he refuses. He actually deserves 0 starts.

We hired this company to complete a screen porch and new deck. He seemed nice and trustworthy until the project got started. There were numerous rescheduling dates due to his unavailability. After the project got started he went out of the country and was unavailable. He assured me his father would be the acting contractor on the project. While he was away. I never saw him! The subcontractor that were hired didn’t work every day because they had other projects that they were working on. I finally made contact with Mr Albright upon his return and voiced my displeasure and concerns. The project was %80 complete and I told him I would use the remaining balance owed to find another contractor to complete the deck and porch. The nightmare continued when the contractor told me the electrical work would need a electrical inspection to pass. I had to hire a licensed electrician to pull the permit and meet with the code inspector. I also found out from Mecklenburg county code enforcement that Mr. Albright pulled the initial work permit fraudulently in my name and he listed the work for $5000 on the posted permit on a $30000 screen porch and deck project. I had to pay an additional $2000 to cover the staining of the deck and $450 for the electrical work and permit. We sent Mr. Albright a text voicing our concerns and asking him what would he do to make this right. ..He never responded. This guy is a scam artist and he can not be trusted. I wish I could give him a lower rating!!!

Pricing is low quality of work is excellent,costumer service is good.

Everything was amazing exactly how I imagined it there every social respectful and the work they do is really worth it I will give them 6stars if I could
