We are, Dave and Danielle. Proud Owners / Operators of Rainier Window & Gutter Cleaning. We started our business in 2016. Originally from Kirkland WA, we decided to move our business to the surrounding areas of Pierce and Thurston county. We see this area growing steadily and want to be part of it for years to come! We are extremely passionate about our business and take pride in each and every job. Your home or place of business like it’s our own, that means we take extra care to make sure we do it right the first time. This Company is stellar! Danielle communicated with us from start to finish. The young man who cleaned our roof was very informative and represents your company well! I signed up for their annual roof cleaning, saves me $150 next time! Thank you Rainier Window & Gutter Cleaning!

I just experienced the worst customer service ever from this company. I made an appointment for today to get the moss cleaned off of my roof and gutters. I thought since there were good reviews that this was a good company, but I was sadly mistaken! My appointment was for 11:00 AM today and I had already pre-paid when Danielle called me this morning to tell me they were running late. They eventually showed up at 1:30 PM and then told me that they could not complete the job today and would have to re-schedule because it was getting too late and that it would take two people to clean my roof. I was not happy about this because I had already taken the day off from work. So I called Danielle and expressed my frustration. When I asked her when they could come out to complete the job, she said "you know, we are getting off on the wrong foot here and I think we are not going to do the job for you, you should go with one of your other quotes". I could not believe that she said this to a customer when it was COMPLETELY their fault in the first place. Danielle, you obviously need to learn how to handle an upset client when it is your COMPANIES FAULT! I am going to make sure that I supply everyone in Bonney Lake with my experience so that they do not make the same mistake I did. Now I have to wait 2 weeks longer for another company to clean my roof... thanks a lot!
