Jon was referred to us for an electrical problem at our condo complex. It was an in-depth repair which needed resolved quickly for our residents. He worked endlessly to resolve the issue and get our lighting back to 100%. He is reliable, a hard worker and keeps you informed every step of the way. immediately emailed me to ask what project I was working on. Emailed back to let them know and that I would contact them on a Monday to see the project. Well emailed them and apologized but the circumstances for the project failed and I no longer needed their service. He emailed back and thanked me for keeping him in the loop. So I would say VERY PROFESSIONAL
