South Park Fire Rebuild

Oct 2014

Complete demo and remodel of interior of 1930 Craftsmen home in South due to a fire. We changes framing in the main living areas to bring in an open concept feel. Scope of work: demo, to studs. new electrical plumbing (where needed), new kitchen, new hardwood floors, tile, drywall, reconfigure bathrooms, crown molding, baseboard, replace 5 windows and french doors some fascia and soffit, exterior paint on outside, plus many items and changes too numerous to include.

I built Window and Door showrooms for the Solana Beach and Sports Arena Door when the two stores were remodeled. Scope of work was framing, dyywall, finish carpentry,stone work, stucco, door, window, hardware and some built in cabinets

Escondido Residential Fire Rebuild

We built a complete 2200 ft home with approx . 900 sq ft 3 car garage in Escondido using Perform Wall (an Insulated Concrete form system) which is fire resistant and high insulation value) from footings to finish. We built some of furniture and built-ins, kitchen, perform all framing and finish carpentry work. This house qualified for a LEED platinum rating . Some features in the home: Perform Wall system, R45 spray foam ceiling insulation, tankless hot water heaters, complete water purification system, solar electricity, bamboo doors, clear sealed concrete floors, maple cabinets.. The owner stated he has a $9 gas bill each month plus his water bill. We were building green in 1993 before the term "green building" evolved.
