There is water standing and not draining in the dirt area in front of the outside clean out pipe. It has become increasingly wet in the last three or four days. When digging up the area there is a somewhat fowl smell. The soil in front of the slumpstone wall that is 12 toward the front of the house from the clean out pipe is also very wet. When digging up the soil in this area it is blackish in color and smells fowl. Dont know if its decaying plant life or sewage from outgoing water waste. Theres also an air conditioner on the slab next to the slab behind the wall where water is sitting. Didnt know if some of this moisture was from condensation.
