The 45 year old aluminum roof needs to be replaced with a metal roof. The pitch is less than 30 degrees. There is structural wood rot and ant damage to one area that will need to be replaced. There may be rot damage to the underlying structure revealed when the old roof is removed. The existing roof has leaked. The building is connected to a home. The structure that needs the new roof is 1/2 open carport and the other 1/2 is an insulated shop. The old roof needs to be removed. Potentially newly discovered and currently known damage needs to be fixed. New roof needs to be installed.
