We paid well over $100,000 to renovate our kitchen. The initial consultations went ok. After we paid our first installment of over $30,000, the owners and designers became very hard to work with. Communication was poor. Sloppy errors on 2D design, which did not translate well or at all to 3D. Kitchen does not reflect my aesthetic, never came to see the final project.
