**Beware of IC Construction and Isaiah Cully of Lake City Florida!** Located at 818 W Duval Lake City Florida 32055 386.867.0086 http://nflbuild.com We would like to share our experience and personal opinion regarding IC Construction and the process of building our home. - Isaiah Cully, the owner, did not honor the one-year warranty. - Many reviews on his website and other platforms appear to be written by paid employees, including Andy Tyler and Brent Handy, who are compensated for their endorsements. Our experience included the following issues: - Electrical wiring was buried only four inches beneath the soil.(code is 18-24 inches) - Large holes were left above our cabinets after light installations. - Three rooms have lights that flicker constantly. - The dishwasher was not installed correctly. - Porch tiles are loose and not properly adhered. - Insulation is missing in the walls and ceiling. - The yard has improper grading. - The septic system was not connected. - Incorrect gutters and downspouts were installed. - Countertop was installed with a chip on the surface. - Windows and doors could not be locked due to missing hardware. - The washing machine was installed with a large dent, and we were never informed about it. - Numerous items specified in his contract were either not installed or were refused by Isaiah Cully. - We were charged for services and items that were not agreed to. Isaiah Cully consistently provides excuses for why repairs cannot be made. We have numerous examples of questionable business practices that IC Construction employs to take advantage of unsuspecting clients. We have pictures and documents to support our claims. Please stay away — Isaiah Cully is very charming until you sign a contract! In our opinion, giving this company one star is far too generous! Hard to believe he is the Vice President of Columbia County Builders Association!
