The unprofessional staff came to my condo to just measure the oven opening to replace my oven. They were supposed to come between 11am and 1pm. I sent a text in the morning at 8:30am informing the company I would be home before 11am. I also resent my address. At 1:30 pm, I retexted, asking the company where their service guy was. I asked them to call the service person but they said they did not have his number. I finally got a call from the service person at 1:44, saying he could not find my address even though I had texted it at 8:30am. He finally showed up at 2:00 pm. He said he tried to call me 3 times 2 hours earlier. I showed him my recent phone log and message log. I received nothing from him until 1:44pm which was 45 minutes after the 11am to 1pm service window. The guy just lied through teeth. Plus, he parked in my neighbir's parking spot and i asked him to move his truck 20 feet to a visitor parking space. He said "No, I am only going to be here 15 minutes". This company has the worse customer service I have ever seen. The oven I was going to purchase was at Lowes. I canceled the order since this company would be the installers. This company's field and office staff are rude, unprofessional, liars, and a disgrace. I would not hire/trust them to go to 7-11 to buy me a pack of gum. The sad thing about this whole experience is that they lost the sale for the salesperson at Lowes.

David, the owner of Insight, came out and did the work for me. He did a great job and I highly recommend.

11/3 David came out to my house to install new water heater. He was unprepared to connect the overflow drain pipe. I did pay him for the install. He said he would finish this week. He did not come back, he did not call. I contacted him 3 times by phone and sent email. I have had no response. At this time my overflow is still unconnected. It has been over 2 months. I liked David and his son but follow through appears to be lacking.
