Service & Performance - 0 Star due to horrible or no communications / planning / coordination. A very good price, but project will not get done unless you beg, insist, demand and then threaten. NO Schedule, No idea what is happening day to day. When they say they will be there,show up less than 50% of the time. Leave things undone and then disappear for weeks at a time until you badger them to get back and complete tasking.. We have requested a schedule of when work would be started and done with little to no results.. When we pushed and pushed we got a rough schedule that showed dates and no times.. From that and other correspondance oftimes something was supposed to be done or workers were supposed to be in places.. 11 of the last 12 items were not completed. When the work teams arrive unexpectantly, they do not have proper tools or materials resulting in hours or wasted time. They complete a few items and then disappear for days/ weeks again with no plan for when they will return. The sad part is when done, the work is excellent, it is just that in our case still not done,no idea when we will be done and none of does get done happens without the customer pushing continuosly. Most businesses would love to have a customer clearly tell them what problem is and ask for a plan to be mutually worked out to fix it.. As this has progressed to where we are about to file a law-suit, the only responses we have gotten is that he is not going to let us agitate him and these things take time.. REALLY.. Cabinets were ordered 15 weeks ago.. The center piece glass door was part of that.. When it was not in order we personally reminded about it 5 times and have included it on a list of things not complete at least 10 times. Attaching the door takes 10 minutes.. just order the damn thing!. Island which is literally the center of the kitchen was pitched from day one. still no plan, still no design.. takes time.. yes it takes time.. so get started. kitchen done 8 weeks ago. 4 of the 12 things not done was 1.Going over design of island (Mon.-no show), 2.installing island (Tues.- no show), 3 going over details to complete the island (Wed-show) and 4. checking of completion of project to go over anything not remaining (Wed afternoon-no show)..
