No pay Slow Pay Be careful Jay McKee has no clue about managing construction. He will slow pay his subs to death and Vineyard is in the business of having liens placed on property project managers run jobs well but ask them how long subs stick around and Subs, you better be good at filing liens WARNING STAY AWAY

Vineyard Services did an excellent job picking up the project and getting a crew out to complete repairs with a very short notice. My only reason for holding back a star is that I didn't feel they were up-front with identifying that the work would be done by other external contractors instead of in-house contractor teams. The pricing was very affordable and the work was done well so it's worth the investment, especially when you have a job that requires a little from multiple skills (carpentry, paint, drywall, etc.). The pricing certainly beat out a competitor by several hundred dollars even with a discount for the competitor advertised through a real-estate company.
