They agreed to a 1:00 pm appointment to change a lock on a house for sale. I drove an hour up from Virginia for the scheduled appointment. It’s now 2:45 and they’re still not here, even though they are literally 10 minutes down the same street. If they can’t show up for an appointment within walking distance of them, they probably won’t be on time for you.
