Cook Homebuilders, LLC

Cook Homebuilders was founded in 1954 by Jim Cook who started the business in oilfield construction. After his work in oilfield construction he got involved in building residential homes in the Laurel Community. His son, Randy, came to work in the early seventies and would eventually take the business over expanding the business to not only cover new residential construction, but commercial work and remodeling as well. Randy took the business over in 1985 and with the exception of a 4 year break from 2010 to 2014 has run the business since then. In 2015 Randy's son Tyler has started working with the company. As of right now Cook Homebuilders is focused on new residential construction, as well as all types of remodel and renovation work. No project for Cook Homebuilders is too small or too big. We provide everything from changing out a doorknob to managing large multi-million dollar commercial projects.
