Total Air Control

Jackson with total air control installed a new furnace in my house in November. Since then, my gas bill has tripled. I called Jackson to voice my concerns and let him know what was going on. He stopped me mid-sentence & said " I've gotten this call 4 times in the last week, it's not your furnace!". After he was done with his tirade I asked if I could finish my original statement. I proceeded to let him that the only thing that has changed is the fact the new furnace was installed & it didn't make any sense to me that my bill would all of a sudden triple. He then, told me to GO F*** MYSELF multiple times & hung up. Needless to say, I would not recommend doing business with this company. I spent 8k with this company & I expect them to do the right thing & come fix my furnace.
