Shayne did an amazing job on our Carpets! Did 4 rooms, stairs and , a couch and a love seat, as well as a fast add-on rug. Shayne was not trying to rush through the job, took his time to do a thorough job cleaning the carpets. Our stairs were probably the worst on the carpet and now look practically brand new! Our couch was 10 years old and has never been cleaned! Now they have a uniform color again! From start to finish he was very professional, and kind and I will be using his services again each year for a regular cleaning. Thanks Shayne and My Carpet Zen for amazing customer support and for doing an equally amazing job!
