I'm sorry to see that Alex is still at it. I hired him at the end of May to remodel my bathroom. Short story: he was unable to complete the job and he didn't have a crew of craftsmen either. Nearly everything he did needed to be redone. I paid for tile that I didn't receive. He even acknowledges he owed me. He kept saying he had paid for it and it was on back order. This was a flat out lie. The whole experience was a nightmare. Do not hire Alex Pavlovsky, Flipside Austin

Charged $3,000 for in ground sprinklers. Took 50% down. Took over 2 months to do job after promising it would be done in 3 days. Leaked 2nd day. I fixed. Major leak in a week. Notified Alex. He said he would take care of it within 24 hours. Never showed. I called plumber and paid almost $500 to repair. Alex said he would reimburse me, but had to buy new car next day and would get to me soon. Won't return messages. Won't use or recommend him.
