This house constructed in the 20's of rough lumber stucco and sheet rock walls customer had the cast iron tub removed and plumbing upgraded for shower toilet and vanity sink and install fiberglass shower pan I was contracted to design and install shower walls with soap niche with tile the customer already purchased had to make some modifications to walls for the lumber thickness compared to todays specs for niche install and overall blending to inside walls and making corners square and plumb all went well and the customer was pleasantly surprised with end result. Also laid new tile floor as well.

customer needed repair of quarry tile to steps and part of patio did not want to do whole project due to cost.Removed all bad tile on steps and patio.Reason due to age and climate over the years outside installed new quarry tile to bad areas successfully.

This customer wanted to upgrade Kitchen floor and add back splash remodel and update the upstairs quest bath with new tile shower and flooring and master bath whirlpool tub deck and surround with vanity wall back splash to ceiling the entire wall as well as flooring .Project went well on time and customer very pleased with end result.
