I came up to Beech Mountain for Easter weekend to find my water heater was out. Worried it being Easter weekend and not personally knowing a plumber in the area, I would be headed back home. This was not the case luckily I found Chris Autry the owner of Plumbfast. He immediately answered his phone and came within an hour. It doesn't stop there. Chris went above and beyond for I needed a special part for the water heater. I was impressed with his knowledge and the way he conducted business.
