David the owner was great to work with. stated with showing us a project he was working on so that we could see his work.He drew up some plans for us and we made some adjustment to what we wanted and he went with them. project took about 3 weeks due to weather. But the end result was worth the wait. We can't wait to have a party on our new outdoor deck.

David is a perfectionist and aims to please not only to his clients but for himself as well. He will not leave things unless he sees it is perfect. His price is more than fair, his work is outstanding. We highly recommend him and plan to use him in all future work around our home.

David did an outstanding job of renovating my front porch. He is excellent to work with. David took the time to also follow up with me after the project was complete.

installation of new 430' long 5+1 Pressure treated capped fence. Built using hand picked select top grade lumber, posts set in wet poured concrete(cured overnight) using only Deck Mate screws to secure pickets and 2x4 runners. No nails are used on build.

Homeowners had a steep slope in back yard going from right to left with no flat area for their kids to play on. Project required 20 tandem truck loads of dirt to level areas. A substantial quantity of 6x6's for several retaining walls(secured with Timber Lok Screws, new raised beds, walkways, new deck, sod and plan material. Design, concept and install done by Rockland Contracting employees, no sub contractors hired.

Tore down old damaged deck added new open larger deck( and added new screened porch with 2 ceiling fans and 6 outlets. Material used was hand picked top grade pressure treated lumber, no nails were used on the build, only Deck Mate screws and Galvanized Carriage bolts. All exposed lumber gets sanded down smooth.
