If you are looking for poor workmanship and a completely unprofessional contractor, this is one. You will end up paying more down the road having to redo work that falls apart. Beware as they pretend to know what they are doing but instead just hire strange people as they go. The owners just oversee the work not actually doing any of it. Save yourself from these scammers.

If there were zero stars that's what this review would be. Please choose another contractor. They are relatively responsive compared to some contractors but the quality of the work is extremely (extremely!) poor. They are reactive rather than proactive which doesn't net a good result on any remodeling project. They hire the cheapest people they can find to complete work claiming that Steve does great work (maybe he does if he actually works on your job, I wouldn't know). I was given receipts and charged for materials which were not used on my job (she purchases items and hands out receipts demanding immediate payment even without review). There were never returns where I was given money back, and even when I purchased items and only part were used in my home, the remainder disappeared. My home is still not finished (6 months since the work started) AND has work that needs to be re-done because of quality. Despite my efforts to try to negotiate how this could be fixed, I was unsuccessful. Ina is defensive, always “right”, and fabricates whatever information works in the moment to solve her immediate need, despite if it’s accurate or honest. Don't let someone who talks a good game upfront or seems to be responsive make you believe they can do quality work. Side note, Ina Wilson will make sure you're aware of the A+ BBB rating, but please be wary regardless of that. Someone she had in my home working indicated that Ina had asked him to post a positive review on BBB about the company. Three contractors who worked in my home are no longer doing work for Full Range because they didn't like how she does business. Dirty company, dirty business.
