Dylan installed stained-alder baseboards in our custom home in Castle Rock. It was a difficult project because the concrete surface was uneven in places. He scribed the bottom of each baseboard carefully so that it fit flush with the uneven floor. The exterior corners look perfect. He essentially treated each baseboard like a piece of furniture and the final result looks stunning. Dylan also communicates very clearly and a nice human being. Very highly recommended.

Months after a remodel was done, my husband and I look at it almost daily and say wow, it looks amazing, I'm so glad Dylan was our contractor. We had 2 complete bathrooms remodeled, kitchen cabinets slimmed down to fit the new bigger fridge, kitchen counter backsplash and some lighting done. Every bit of it looks so perfect. I loved that he let us choice our materials (even if it made his job harder at times)- this is something that shocked us that many contractors won't let you choice the materials after we had already bought most of the materials. Dylan is professional, friendly, kept us informed and asked questions when needed. He and his sons took good care of our home, cleaned daily and were nonsmoking. When we would change scoop of work, he handled it amazingly. When we asked for unique things like heated floor and heated toliet seat, he was open to the idea and asked us to send a link of what we were thinking about. He would suggest budget friendly options, knowing we were on a budget too. Highly recommend!! As we need other things done in the coming years, he is the first person we are calling. When my in-laws move to town, we will be calling him to make the changes needed for their home. When friends need someone, we will be recommending Dylan.
