64th Place, The Peninsula | Oct 2012 | It all started with a sports car and a one-car garage. Wanting a permanent place to park the car, the garage addition turned into a complete home make-over, with every aspect of the home being altered. The first floor consists of a large Great Room and Kitchen that fold into the outdoor rear Courtyard. Also added, a step-down Wine Room, Home Office and Guest Bedroom. On the second floor, a new Family and Media Room, and a Large Master Suite with a private covered Patio.
