Burton's Electric

I purchased a ceiling fan and needed it installed. Home Depot gave me Burton as a referral. Within minutes the electrician call and we set a time and date. I paid his bill. However, the fan was defective in that it made a noise which got louder as it went faster. Replaced the fan, the same electrician took down the old put up the new one. The on switch was also a dimmer, and I was told just do not "dim" it. The new fan never to seem to have enough power. I check the instruction book which clearly state do not attach to a dimmer or the fan WILL BE DAMAGED. Purchased another fan However, Taraien the Burton electrician ( did fine work and was a good communicator) has not returned to complete the job. His truck was broken, the he was tired, then he was to come but text to say he would be late but never showed. Today I sent 3 text and 3 voice mails but no response I am not going away, the problem needs to be fixed. I look forward to amending this posting when I hear from Burton. Patrick
