Zacks plumbing company was the contractor assigned by my home warranty First American to fix my leaky faucet . Zack is the plumber that came out to my house three times , and a month later and I still have the same leaky faucet . The repairs he performed did not fix the problem and he refused to warranty his work . He also took video inside my home without my knowledge or consent which is invading my privacy . I am now afraid he had placed cameras in my home . He now claims that there was nothing wrong with my faucet and it works properly, but if that is true why did he attempt to repair it in the first place? He saw that it was faulty, he sent documentation to the warranty company that was faulty, they approved him to repair it, and his incompetent and below standard work did not fix the problem at all , and I still have the exact same leaky problem .
