Gladiator Repairs and Contracting

There is no star ⭐️ for this review because the company is way below any mark , wish there is something less than one star. Two repair/rehabilitation contracts for two properties was signed with the owner of Gladiator Repair John Francis about July last year . He was paid about 85% for the repairs/rehabilitation but as at date he has not done the job ! . I have called him several times and sent emails but he did not respond. I have ask for refund of money paid , still no response. Worst still John Francis the owner of Gladiator Repair blocked my number. It has been impossible to reach him or any body at Gladiator Repair phones are not answered and emails are not responded to . Gladiator Repair and Construction ; John Francis please refund my money,

A contract was signed on 7/5/16 for a complete renovation and add on addition of a shotgun style home. Contractor gave several completion dates and all promised completion dates have passed . The job started in July 2016 and work is still no were near finished. The work that has yet to be done includes painting, flooring installation, siding, roofing and front porch repair. I have asked the owner of Gladiator Repair John Francis, several times to fix the job he has done and so far and he has not. Since July there has been many days that no one was on the job site. Since 11/14/16, no one has been on job site. I have to hire new contractors to get drywall, plumbing, electrical work and framing repaired that was done by Gladiator Repair and Construction.
