RRP Painting

I'd like to say we do our work with the highest professionalism and the best of intentions and we go the extra mile. Mr. And mrs. Benko owners of Benko Chiropractic's ask for an estimate of wallpaper removal only, when I got to their home they also asked for painting of walls and ceilings, they stated they had no money they were living off the retirement because they have not been paid in over a year from their insurance companies they do work for. The first half of the job that was bid was for wallpaper removal the second half was for repair and painting that we negotiated on. They insisted that there wallpaper installer put the wallpaper up professionally and that it would come down easily! The wallpaper came down horribly they wallpaper installer from the previous install hid all the defects underneath the wallpaper and there was a lot! During the removal of taking down the wallpaper I merely stated that there was a ton of repair Mrs bankole looked at me and said I'm not paying another dime for anything. I said ma'am I never asked you for any money hence the lying on their review saying that's all I wanted was extra money. They also stated that while we were taking down wallpaper under a chair rail that somehow mysteriously the wallpaper on the ceiling all came loose? I told them I would go ahead and remove all the wallpaper off the ceiling which was not negotiated on our contract I did it for free. As we were working Mr benko asked for drywall install for free painting of all his kin lights for free painting of his trim rings on his ceiling speakers for free removal of all Toppers above windows for free reinstallation of all battery operated blinds battery packs for free. Mrs benko was very rude and both of the clients made you feel belittled when you were in their home my helper at the time did not even want to be there any longer. Once we got to the halfway part of the job I called (no answer) and I left an email to Mr benko ,that was one of his request to contact him and told him that at this time we no longer want to go back to his job and if he had any questions or concerns to contact me back via email so I had documentation. No email? In my email I stated I understand they have no more funds and that after taking the wallpaper down with all the repair work it would take extra money to fix it all. Also one of the last rooms we took wallpaper down with a small bathroom inside the master bathroom when I remove the ceiling wallpaper there was all black mold on the ceiling and inside the wall I stated that that is very dangerous and Mr benko asked me to hide the black mold do not write it up on a contract that his insurance would go crazy if they knew his home has black mold. He asked me to be dishonest and hide it from a contract!! These people are very dishonest and made us feel very uncomfortable!! I don't work under those conditions. We always get good reviews from our clients and we are A rated an accredited . This just happens to be one client I can't help any longer.
