I can’t say enough about the workmanship, conscientiousness and the pride that Leon, the owner of L.C.S. takes in the finished product. Leon is right there working alongside his crew, overseeing every step of the cleaning, polishing and restoration process. This was my second call to L.C.S. I had travertine installed a few years ago by someone else who should never have attempted to install travertine. The stone tiles were uneven with some almost a quarter to a half inch higher than the tile next to it. I researched travertine restoration companies and found L.C.S. Leon came out and looked over the horrible installation. He came in with his crew, leveled all the tiles, leveling each and every one; then cleaned and polished the entire floor. The floors came out fantastic. I called Leon back this year to just polish the stone; my wife and I love they way they look and feel. I will have Leon back every September to clean and polish my travertine floors for as long as I own this house. If and when I do sell it, I will recommend him to whoever buys the house. L.C.S. and Leon deserve more than five stars.

This beautiful home is located in a well known affluent residential Tampa community called the Avila. The travertine flooring was honed with diamond abrasives to remove extreme wear patterns, light scratches and heavy etch marks. The travertine tiles were then sealed and polished to a high satin shine. Large holes that commonly develop over time were repaired with a travertine filler. Grout joints were cleaned with a safe intensive stone cleaner. Many homeowners or tile cleaners mistakenly use acidic cleaners that etch (removes the polish) the stone.
