Elite Masons

I have been visiting Neighbors looking for a company to do my sidewalk and came across this driveway that has its concrete crumbling. Another Neighbor also used this same company but decided to have it completely redone by a different company, so I couldn't get a picture. He must be rich. There are bridges, buildings, walls and other structures that were built 2000 years ago by the Roman Empire that are still standing today, but this company obviously can't mix cement. I don't understand.

I am writing this review as a warning to anyone who might consider using Elite Masons Corp, aka Elite Masonary of Lynbrook, formaly known as Maura Mason. To describe all the problems I have experienced with this company would take too much time and space on this site, but to simply state that I am dissatisfied would not do justice to my fustration. To be brief I signed a contract for specific work to be done in October of 2016; such as how many inches deep of cement would be poured, only to find that they did not pour the contracted amount and tried to hide this fact. To date they have not addressed this issue.or the fact that the bluestone they put in has already cracked. The drywell that was installed collapsed, and when confronted they tried putting a band aid on it. This happened to not one but two drywells! No wire was used in the the conrete as contracted. The driveway concrete is scaling, steps are lifting and mortar joints are cracked. I have been calling and texting Mark Cestare, and he keeps saying it will be taken care of. I have been very patient but now that he has my money it seems I am not a priority. To be clear... I paid a LOT of money for inferior work. If the work was redone to my satisfaction, I would be more than happy to write another review stating so. In the meanwhile, take heed. Do not make the same mistake that I made by using Elite.
