BEWARE! I had Brian Stegman, from the madison location at my house, and he was supposed to fix my circuits that run the garage door. Well he made more of a hassle than anything. I at first thought he did a good job but he never tested the door to make sure it worked before he left and I didn’t ask. I trusted him alone at my house for 15 mins and come to find out he STOLE a tool from my dads tool box which happened to be upstairs and opened. When my dad checked his box he saw it was gone and my dad had to order a new one which he had for many years. This company caused a fire hazard for me and I’m still trying to fix this mess. Don’t trust them they are THIEVES!! it’s unfortunate when it was brought to my attention of the missing item because I would’ve called the police right away. This was an over priced job which I paid almost $460.00 for I was taken advantage of and ripped off. STAY AWAY.

Shawn did a great job installing my new T.V. and knocked out a short to-do list. Very responsive service and got everything done on their first visit.

Hired WireOne to install a television antenna in my attic. The technician did an o.k. job. Didn't leave a mess or anything and it was installed. He didn't put in any extra effort however into getting the best reception possible. We did not pull in stations that I expected and that is fine to an extent but perhaps by moving the antenna's direction we could have gotten better reception. My big complaint however and the reason I am giving them a poor rating is cost. The cost was over $400 for two hours work. I thought when I got the quote; fine it must be a four hour job. It was, however a two hour job. Over $200 an hour! You can easily find very good electricians willing to work for under $90 an hour so I believe I was taken advantage of. Buyers beware! Hire someone else.
