I hired Jon (off pro referral /Home Depot) in January of 2024. This individual has collected $16,000+ for a rooftop deck build and has given multiple excuses on delays. It has gotten to the point that he has blocked me instead of getting an answer on when he will build. Absolute scammer and I would not recommend. I plan to take this to court with my lawyer since he refuses to talk to me and fulfill what was outlined in the contract.
