Crawlspace Solutions has provided pest control and moisture management solutions to residential and commercial properties since 1987. We have served thousands of properties from Sandy Hook to Cape May. A majority of our services is performed within the crawl space, where the structure, a crucial part of the home is affected and normally ignored. Moisture is a major concern for properties along the Jersey Shore, which often experience pest issues due to various factors stemming from poor moisture management, mold, bacteria, & wood decay. As such, we developed an integrated pest control and moisture management program, which helps not only targets the heart of the issue but also helps maintain the integrity of each and every property we service.

  | Crawlspace Encapsulation & Mold Removal | Mar 2016 | Debris was removed from crawlspace and carted away from property. We then performed a mold treatment by cleaning and brushing down all wood structures within crawlspace. Bora-care with mold-care treatment was then applied to the sub-floors, floor-joists, and main girders. Bora-care with Mold-care® treatments provide long-term protection against, mold, algae and wood destroying organisms. Finally, we encapsulated the crawlspace with a 12 mil. polyethylene DiamondBack vapor barrier. Diamondback vapor barrier naturally resists mold growth and protects against wood dry rot and against mold and mildew. The entire crawlspace ground, side walls, and columns were sealed and taped with DiamondBack vapor barrier for a proper crawlspace encapsulation. | $5k | Keansburg, NJ |
