Mike did a major renovation for me and did a supreme job. The craftsmanship of his work was fabulous. He was enthusiastic about creative projects that I suggested within the remodel. He had unique solutions that worked perfectly. The craftsmanship of his work was fabulous. He had the added challenge of having to work with ill fitting older construction and made it work. I love that he guarantees his work. He was polite, trustworthy and the clean up after the fact was more then adequate. I totally trusted him in my home when I wasn't there.

Mike Blaine and his co-workers were extremely professional and dependable! I had to have the front of my house literally re-done (walls down, mold remediation, restored and repaired) and they did an outstanding job! I have known Mike for quite some time and he's never let me down and his prices are very reasonable. I would recommend him for any type of job. Great job Mike!!

Mike Blaine installed a complex water drainage system in my back yard two years ago. His workmanship was excellent, the project was done in a timely manner and at a fair price. He did all of the planning himself and I am very pleased with the results. He is always honest and his price was competitive.

To Whom It May Concern: 11/5/15 Mike Blaine has been our contractor on a number of home improvement projects over the past five years and he receives our highest recommendation. Not only is his work of the highest quality, but he also has an excellent work ethic, which makes him a pleasure to work with. For example, he extended a deck and added an outdoor kitchen and stairs to the pool and made it look as if it had been designed this way originally. He also created an opening between the family room and kitchen, which matched the original columns and header our builder had done ten years earlier – truly a masterful job! And we were always grateful for his positive attitude, especially when we made changes at the last minute. (Homeowner will determine color). - A 16ft/10ft pergola to be constructed at left side of patio according to plan. ( material Azek composite). - Columns of pergola would be 10 inches round, Piers at base of column will wrapped in stone to match house. - Low voltage lighting would be at deck, and around patio consisting of stair and ground lights. - Landscape will consist of 10 trees across rear at property line to provide privacy. - Three trees at left of patio, and three trees to right of patio, one Magnolia (homeowner | $65k | Tacoma, WA |
