Do not use services. Sent by home warranty company to perform repairs to our a/c. Repairs not completed. Severe lack of communication, Reviewed what was required and indicated too expensive for his company; would check with home warranty company. Left multiple voicemails and sent several text messages; never heard back from owner (Ken).

The tech knew what he was doing. Had a bad experience with previous company who were not able to diagnose the issue. They were quick to figure out the issue and provided a comprehensive estimate which was much lower than I had expected. Kudos to Imad.

Emad was extremely helpful and took care of my heating in a timely fashion. He beat the time, price, and quality of all of the other companies I spoke to. I could not speak any higher of the service I was provided.
