ABOUT US Orlando Contracting's service isn't one service. It's a bucket-load of services all wrapped up into one company. It's a one stop shop for the customer and the customer is provided with a top quality end result every time! We have spent years perfecting every area of home construction thus we specialize in everything not just one thing. When we're asked, "What do you do?", we simply respond, "Everything". By providing the customer with all the services they need with one company and contractor it helps to keep the cost of all projects to a minimum instead of hiring out to different specialty subcontractors who specialize in just one field, which actually raises the cost of a homeowners project. So we put together a list of services to provide to our customers, though the list may not include everything, so they may grasp at something we offer and open up the lines of communication for them to call us to ask if we offer a service that may not be on our list. OUR ROOTS Orlando Contracting's founder, Michel D'Orazio, has been fascinated with construction and woodworking since childhood. He started at a very young age with his dad working on their 100+ year old house in Manchester performing every known function of construction, using every known tool and even trying to figure out how to make things match up, since it was an old house working with modern materials. From there Michel immersed every part of himself in the construction trade reading, learning and working from the masters of the industry. From home building to cabinetry building and even stair crafting and log homes! Not to mention energy panel homes and custom millwork too! He's built and crafted just about everything and paid so much attention to detail only because it's second nature to him. Because of this natural persona he has perfected each and every craft to where it lead him today. This gives him and the company stronger knowledge in his career and in the industry to actually be on top of the competition. EDUCATION AND TRAINING Michel D'Orazio, possesses 2 years of trade and technical education from Penn State University followed by a 2-year apprenticeship program with BJTanner Custom Cabinet and Furniture, now known as Resonant Woods Inc. Michel then furthered his education to acquire knowledge in business planning and development, including financial planning and IT design. Corey Rodriguez possesses educational background in architectural engineering, design and development from one of NH's number one acadamies. He has also extended his education to include business management. Michel's professional experiences in the construction industry following his education were with Fort Knox Construction, BJTanner, Staircrafters Plus LLC, Littleton Millwork, and Smith Interiors LLC.
