Jaden answered my call for help immediately, where other companies were only interested in installing a complete roof. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had gotten a previous estimate, but Jaden clearly had a better command of the situation, and was not interested in charging me for unnecessary work. I wish I could clone him for projects other than roofs. I waited for two moths to write the review. We have had many, many heavy rains in that time. My house remains coompletely dry. I highly recommend Character Craftsmen, led by Jaden.
