If you are thinking about getting your windows done save yourself the headache and look for another company. We ordered the windows in September of 2021 then waited 8 months to have them installed in February of 2022. The windows that we got were damaged and cracked and the measurements were wrong so we contacted the office and even spoke with the owner (Daniel Bradley) to have someone come out and inspect the damage to try to get the broken windows repaired. At first when we spoke with them they kept saying that they would send out a project manager to inspect the windows but no on ever came out. After speaking with them a couple more times in May almost three months after the initial installment they sent someone out to look at them. The person we spoke too told us that the windows were bad and the measurements were done wrong and they were installed wrong and that they would have someone else come out to redo the measurements to get them redone. After a couple weeks of no one else coming back out we called them back to see when someone was going to come only to find out that the number we had been given belongs to someone who claims to never have even worked for the company. We also were told that the person who came to take the measurements of the window no longer works for the company. They send out workers to get you to contract them but after you contract them they claim that those people who you initialing contracted no longer work for them. They did a horrible job at not only installing them because they left one cracked but also properly measuring our windows after trying to contact them to come fix their mistakes not only has Daniel Bradley (who claimed to be the owner) stopped answering but so has their office who would always hang up on our calls when they did answer. This company has been very irresponsible. At this point we do not believe anyone will come out to fix the damage they have done. If you are looking for a windows company do not use Atlanta Windows Pro they will leave a horrible job and never get back to you when you ask them to fix the mess they made. Don't believe the lies that they tell you.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I signed a contract on 7/15/2021 for eleven windows and one door. I got ten of my windows without screens and my door in mid November, four months after I signed my contract. They were missing my final window and my screens and had no explanation and told me to call the office. I called and they advised me they would order my remaining window and screens. As of April 2022 I still do not have my window screens and one of my eleven windows. I have called periodically to check on my order and am told different things every time. First my window was broken, then missing, then never ordered. No explanation on the window screens, every time they just say they'll look into it or order them. This company has not called me to give me updates, I have to call every time even when they promise to call me back. I spoke with them a week ago and they promised to call me back the next business day, I still have not spoken to anyone. Every time I call they transfer me to a voicemail. I wish I had gone with a different company.

Every interaction from sales to install with Atlanta Window Pros was a friendly, professional experience. Their team replaced the windows of our whole house. All the installers were courteous and really, really good at their work. Each window was inspected, well-sealed, and looks super professional. Highly recommend Atlanta Window Pros and well worth every dollar spent.

New windows and doors replacement. The workers were wonderful and very respectful to me and my concerns. Besides longevity and name recognition, Atlanta Window Pros has an excellent reputation. They stand behind their product and provide superior customer service. If you go with them, know you will be getting great windows expertly installed by their own workers and they will take good care of you after the sale and after the install. I could not ask for more.
