Our heat pump is 5 years old. We have only owned the house for 2 years. The unit needs cleaning and routine maintenance and we feel the thermostat has gone bad. It will not shut off when the designated temperature has been reached. We are turning off and on via the breaker box...only a couple times per day. I need quotes please. We prefer a non-smoker as one of us has serious allergies to smoke. Thank you!
