Buyer beware. Reviews online and my experience substantiate that Brian Moore takes your money, begins the work and then disappears with no response to your calls. Check Tennessee Problem Contractor List and Better Business Bureau. Reviews online reveal multiple complaints. Requests downpayment ($3,000 from me) and never finishes the job. No telephone response and certainly no refund in sight. I have had to hire another contractor tear out the damage he has done through his incompetence, and start again.
