Do NOT hire this crook! Tim Taylor is a snake. He originally told us it would cost $9 -12,000. After the engineering report, he changed his bid to $19,000! We went with him because he said he could do it in 2 weeks, but it took 5. Now, 1 year later we have sewage bubbling up and he will not return our calls. Save yourself time, money, and anguish and do NOT hire this crook!!!!
